Being available to another life form (man, animal and nature) and its needs goes under goodness.
To be generous without creating debts of gratitude or demands is goodness.

Being proud and grateful for yourself without putting someone else down is goodness and brings well-being. An opposition to the act of suppression that the Jantelagen creates.

Trying to be a good person is admirable, it’s beautiful and shines with strength and self-respect the way I see it.

To have a gag on oneself, to hate other people’s opinions that do not match one’s own, to stay away when it matters for one’s own gain.

Asking has nothing to do with evil, but is about trying to understand!

Answering honestly based on one’s own ability is goodness, even if the answer is wrong, as we cannot do better than our own ability.
